When I was here I found the service lift. It serves all of the floors of the building, but there is an attendant running it. You can get to it from the hotel. There is a doorway in the hotel corridor that leads to this lift, but it is locked on most floors. I did find one door that was left unlocked, so I went in and got on the service lift, but the attendant was a dick and started to question me. I just made up some lie about how I was lost and he eventually backed off. But from what I saw of the service elevator, it did serve all the floors of the building.
