Carl I blame this whole situation on McDaniels. He decided to cut Carr when he gave Adams a career year. He basically destroyed our team and granted AP collectively brang it together, I think quietly Adams was pissed about it. It makes me pissed that we could’ve have traded him in the draft and possibly gotten Daniels in the draft. Redskins would’ve done it, and us taking Daniels would’ve shook up the draft. Who knows what it would’ve looked like after that. I just hope we don’t fumble this trade. We better get top dollar for a hall of fame generational player like DA. I’m putting my faith in Telesco. I don’t believe AP had anything to do with it other than trying to keep Adams here. Which is basically what I’d of done in his situation as well.

Zamir's biggest issue is ball security. He knows it, which is why he almost always runs with two hands on the ball making it significantly harder to break tackles and we rarely see a stiff arm. It's Mattison's time with Laube backing up

Adams is still a premier receiver, but you can tell immediately when the ball isn't coming to him. And if I can see it, then the corner and the safety can see it too. Not run blocking, for instance, hurts him too. We don't get a first down; you're off the field again and can't don't get more targets. Adams needs an alpha QB (personality-wise) or with Carr (because they go way back). Don't get me wrong. The instability of the Raiders and that awful Josh McDaniels situation isn't on Davante, but how he carries himself is. That said, we need a quarterback. And until you have a QB, a WR like Tae is a luxury you can't afford.

Same thought when they said hamstring. Before coming here he said he didn’t want to go some place with a rookie or subpar qb. He put up with one season to see what would happen after Jimmy G- then he was ok with Aiden because Aiden is like a year two brady and just needed a top 5 oline. When we lost Jacobs that ended the run game. We went with Minshew who is known for hospital balls. That was his last straw. He only has a few years left to go for a Super Bowl on honestly we are no better off now than we have been for the last two decades. Adams will be another “what could have been” story for the Raiders. As to Running Back- Mattison should be RB1, no question about it. The magic solution to us not having a good enough Offensive line is the 12 front Or occasional 13 front. Notice that isn’t working well yet? I hate to say it boys, but with Miller slow to heal, we don’t improve w JPJ. This is a repeat of what alw happens on our line… Incognito was amazing and just as Miller was coming up, Incognito is out from injury. Miller peaks and gets hurt, 2-3 seasons too late we get JPJ. Maxx Crosby is amazing but what makes Bosa massive is having Khalil play with him. No second player means one man show. Same scenario on offense with Miller- and no that he is clearly on his downhill slide, JPJ will get it figured out to his peak just as Miler is going away.. Adams is amazing but without the QB to match- same problem. 11 Tre is ready to break out and kill the nfl but without a strong & accurate arm he is going to be average. We have spotty places that all are just a step away from breaking wide open. Getsy needs to adjust more to plays that are to the strength of our players ava at the time, but his history shows he makes up his mind “We will do X” and it doesn’t matter if he wants to throw long balls but the wind is 80mph… or if he doesn’t have players that are best at something else. Remember running up the middle 2 games ago if you don’t think so.

I think Adams wanted Aiden to be the starting QB. There is something going on in the front office because there are rumors that Adams is mad with AP because he said AP lied, but about what, I don't know?!? I'm assuming it has to do with the QB room. Aiden didn't lose the job, and Minshew definitely didn't win it. So, I think that's where the problem lies. If the Raiders lose to Denver this week and Minshew isn't benched, there might be an issue within the team. And a team divided is not a team at all.

This has been happening for decades, nothing new with the Raiders. Fact, with 10 Devante Adamses the Raiders aren't making the playoffs without a quarterback. Fact, all good head coaches build from the inside out, then, when they get a quarterback they go after a star wide receiver. Losing number 17 is a positive in the long term depending on what they get in return. I'd rather have a bad season and get a quarterback in 2025 than spend another decade at the bottom of the division.

The throws Minshew attempted that were supposed to be there, AOC would have completed without a doubt! AOC has a stronger and more accurate arm than Minshew. Missed opportunities by Minshew. Score would've been higher than what it was. Your quarterback for the future is standing on the sidelines (AOC). Solidified that offensive line first and foremost with the right pieces you already have. Then give the opportunity back to AOC to start. It was no mistake what AOC shown in the 9 games he started last season. I'm a little concern moving forward with Minshew starting at QB. Time will tell whether we qualify for a playoff spot. Haven't submit my final analysis yet.
