How to you program the panel to turn on certain lights and accept button presses as keybinds when using arduino leonardo? I am building a similar panel like yours but i have absolutely no clue how to program it. Please reply Thank you

how did you include a reset button if there is no key binding for reset?
@PanicattheDispatch3 жыл бұрын
The reset is just used to reset certain loops in the code and lights on the panel. It doesn’t actually reset anything in No Limits.

did you use delays or mills?

How did you wire all of your allen bradley buttons to the ardurino? I want to build a panel but that is the one step I am confused on.
@PanicattheDispatch3 жыл бұрын
You have to get specific wires that fit correctly in the pins on the Arduino. Then there are a couple ways you can do it. The way I did it was I went directly from the pin on the Arduino to the button contact block. Then I daisy chained a ground from button to button. Also, I'd recommend wiring up the two bottom terminals on the contact block. It is easier to program that way!! If you have any other questions feel free to email me or you can keep commenting too!

@@PanicattheDispatch Thanks! My panel is going to be 14-20 buttons. Am I going to need multiple Arduino boards?
@PanicattheDispatch3 жыл бұрын
@@orlandoinsiders5132 It depends on how many buttons are illuminated. And that will be a very nice panel when it's done! I'd love to see some pictures!

this is actually really cool, anyway have you heard anything about the sfga reopening, I heard you said its could be July 27?
@PanicattheDispatch4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! I've heard from ride op friends that work there that the state inspected a bunch of rides in Hurricane Harbor and in the dry park. I also heard that Raging Bull, Viper, America Eagle, and X-flight have all been cycling trains. My bet it that they are a go for the 27th and will announce it on the 17th. I could be wrong and I've been wrong before so don't take my prediction as an end all be all. It just wouldn't make sense from a money standpoint for them to open any later then July.
@dannylynn13514 жыл бұрын
Panic! at the Dispatch it seems like sfga isn’t announcing the reopening date yet, what do you think about it now?
@PanicattheDispatch4 жыл бұрын
@@dannylynn1351 Yes, it's not opening on the 27th. My ride op friend and I talked about it for a while today. He estimated Labor day for opening. The 27th was just an educated inference. Sorry if I mislead you.

Panic! at the Dispatch aight thanks! a little unfortunate we don’t get a chance to go there this summer
@PanicattheDispatch4 жыл бұрын
@@dannylynn1351 Labor day isn't confirmed yet. Fingers crossed its sooner. I doubt it will be labor day, it wouldn't make sense to ever open at that point they would have lost a ton of money on prep all for nothing. I am just a bummed as you are for not getting to go. I hope that they open soon!
