Jakob Wedel 2005 had a pretty bad running game. But it was before jump the snap which ruined the game on second gen. I hated having at least one offensive lineman knocked on his butt every single play. A d1aa end would put your 95 Rated tackle on his ass.

My favorite thing about NCAA 05 gameplay was the introduction of the "agile running" mechanic. It was when ball carriers (especially running backs) leaned towards their cuts. They would even put a hand down near the ground when making sharp cut-backs. It sounds simple, but this mechanic made such a huge and realistic difference in gameplay!...but then there was the pass dropping epidemic lol. If passes weren't thrown with finesse, they were dropped 9 out of 10 times lol!

Yo I ran the durrrrrtiest program on this game. So many games played with no commentators because of sanctions. No player was punished for anything. Still went undefeated year after year and won the "real championship." Good memories.

NCAA 2002 is my favorite. Still remember going to GameStop at 8pm on Friday night and picking it up. Went to Kroger and got a college football mag and named the players that were on the 1st screen that would be drafted. That was my Friday back then, playing till midnight. Married and 2 kids later, I still miss those Friday nights. Thanks for the upload and memories.

This was one of the first games I got with my Xbox this and a tennis game! I spent countless hours on this game, editing signs not knowing what hiesman meant or was 😂 man I would trade everything to go back in the days and re live those moments! I just got adopted a year before so having a game console and having fun was so new to me to!! Man those days were great

Yep, the tennis game you're reffering to was called topspin, I remember the same xbox bundle pack. An earlier bundle in 2002 had JSRF and Sega gt racing. I didn't care for the racing game but JSRF is one of my favorite games ever.

This is indeed one of my favorite NCAA Football games of all time. One best thing about it is Home Field Advantage. When you pumped up the crowd, not only you can feel the controller shaking, but the camera shaking making it tough for the visiting team.

NCAA 05 and 06 were the greatest college football games ever in my opinion, and the Maddens of those years were also really polished. I love importing my draft classes into those games. It is just so rewarding. It makes me feel like my hard work was worth something.

This is lowkey the best NCAA of all time. Only issue was the dropped passes, but that could be remedied with sliders. This game was damn near perfect. And this was back when defense was actually decent and fun to play.

This game also added the "agile running system". Players with a high agility attribute were able to make sharper cuts and stop/change direction on a dime! Also, the home field advantage feature made your inexperienced QB rattled and distorted the play art on the field! The receivers route would become squiggly lines and it became difficult to see what route the receiver was running! Now imagine trying to audible to a receiver, but he doesn't hear you. So you audible AGAIN. He may or may not have heard the new route. You press the L2 button to bring up the play art but all you see are squiggly lines all over the screen because your underclassmen QB is rattled! This game was awesome.

I loved that ratings adjusted when a player balled out for a season. Now in training in the offseason for ncaa 14 you could have a guy break records and he only gets a 3 or 4 point increase. In these ncaa games guys could break records and get ten plus point increases over all

06 had a terrible passing game. It was almost impossible to complete passes because your receivers would always drop the ball. I just miss the school roster. Being able to play all the FCS and Ivy League schools was great. It also had a mint soundtrack

They also tiptoe the sidelines and would slip in snow or rain. Also you had senior leaders that would be composed under pressure. I loved this game it was my childhood I swear!

Also, player's composure rating affects how they play on the road in a hostile environment. Players with a low composure rating are more likely to do stuff like drop passes, fumble, throw inaccurately, etc. because of the crowd.

One of my favorite games of all time. It was so fun. Fun fact: i maxed out scoring with 255. Always played as nebraska running the option. Recruiting was so fun, you got to equip the team and make pitches for recruits or hanging onto players who wanted to leave. Went 206-0 overall.

‘05 and ‘06 were the Goats on NCAA. I preferred it on Xbox because the graphics were better.‘05 is when NCAA really changed the landscape of the college game. ‘05 was a great year for Madden and College. Dynasty mode , and home field advantage was a game changer. NCAA ‘06 though improved everything from ‘05 and added onto the game and was even better than ‘05. Dynasty mode was the greatest thing in these years. The recruiting process in the season and off season could have you playing more than 10 yrs at a school. Especially if you’re creating players and putting them in your franchise, then importing your draft class each year on Madden. ‘05-‘08 on Ps2/xbox it was a must to have both games.

This game was released as a pack-in game for the original Xbox along with Microsoft's Top Spin and I got it for Christmas in 2004, but I did not play dynasty mode until the 2018 NCAA Division I-A football season (where I played as Southern California, Oklahoma and Auburn).

Loved these Ncaas, but the ones on xbox360 with the online connected dynasties were fun. I remember first moving out my parents & having my own spot and staying up all night with my friends who lived in different cities playing games. We would all pick teams in the same conference, lesser known conferences like the Mac and we would build them up. I ran with Bowling Green.

Well, I have NCAA Football 06, NCAA Football 07, NCAA Football 08 for The PS2 as well as NCAA Football 09 for The PS3, The one component that I loved about these College Football games is They have you an opportunity to Import your Player to Madden and you can play as your Created Player in Career Mode in Madden
