Bruhh, you are living the dream! Not only being able to shoot amazing videos on the snow, but also seeing where it all starts! So interesting to see. It's good to see these snowboarding brands trying to be more sustainable, and using good factorys in places where poeple actually ride snow rather than using some factory half a world away with cheap labour. I never had Union bindings. I had even italian Drake bindings, but the circumstances always turned out that i went to buy Atlas, and bought something else...)) And now I went to buy a Falkor, shook their hands and again... bought the Cartel, the Cartel X.)) I hope that someday I will buy the same Union))) P. S. Respect from Russia, Moscow

Lived in Van for 3 years and only just rode whistler boxing day 2020, I've also got those OG forces, probably from '07 (just broke the mounting disc and had it replaced for free). Forever Union!

I still have a pair of those white, first generation forces. They were still holding strong aside from a broken buckle I couldn’t find a replacement for. I have 4 other pairs of Unions on various boards. I even have the original Drake bindings before they became Union!

Thanks for sharing all your journeys. You mentioned something about letting you know about ancient bindings- I have a K2 juju from 1996 that I have a pair of burton freestyle bindings from that same year. I enjoy a throwback ride from time to time. Keep Up your awesome work friend.

i broke the highback on my first day (this past friday) by slipping and stomping on it like a fool while trying to get my back foot out of the binding, lol. (i bought used, the plastic was brittle from age i think)...just ordered a pair of Union STR for the replacement. :) can't wait to get back out there to try again :) thanks for the inside look at the factory, it is confidence inspiring :)

Explorer is the new name for the Split bindings. Expedition is the category of split. New products coming under that zone.

My first union bindings were a set of Force in white around 2010. They lasted until 2014 but by then they had a blue ankle strap on one side, one black highback and toe strap on the other, not sure what happened to them. I've got some F-Lite somewhere in the house. Looking for some new bindings to pair with my Jones Flagship. What would you recommend from the Union lineup?

I rode it one and it had an aggressive park feel to it. I think at good advanced rider park board. The 3d nose and tail help it to be less catchy.
