My top spots for quick gear: 3: mackinaw island - m1919a6 LMG, mines have vietnam crates, smuggler airstrip has all wpn case in the game 2: mansion- ak74, other soviet wpns 1: coastal bunkers- PKM (best lmg in the game in terms of DPS) other soviet wpns

It's very rare but a intervention can spawn in the map, it more rare than the green ghillie I think, Ive found it once at the bridge at ash down on one of the bridge pillars in the black military crate, it has its own ammo type, .375 CheyTac. Its soo rare that, there is no info about it

note: eden seems like a crappy place to spawn, but consider that there's a helicopter crash site spawn there and bunches of surplus and civilian weapon cases.

stud you should make a video complaining about rare loot spawns, I can guarantee you you're almost never going to get white plague doctor. I've probably farmed for the WWII Army Ranger Webbing for 6+ hours just respawning the loot and running back, and I've only gotten like a helmet, 5 shirts, and no pants or webbings
