Hi Chad - I bet you are about to get busy!!!! Thank you for another video - it is very refreshing! Please don't take this as a criticizm, but Fozzy Bear needs to go on a diet... older cats can develop diabetes if they are overweight. He is wonderful and loving, and I know you care about him a lot - you really don't need that headache. Again, sorry for saying this - I love how you care about your animals - you are such a beautiful soul!

I will be 80 in July, and right now I am more or less chair bound, because I stupidly thought I could do some yard work, and overdid. My back is protesting very loudly! @HiddenSpringFarm7 ай бұрын
I’ve seen that but they never show their coops in a real “in use” situation or after a few years of use. Very well built coop and while it is true ducks don’t need to swim it sure makes for better videos having them out in the orchard. I’ll most likely build a small pond for them. That duck watering station they built won’t work in a cold climate either. I wonder how expensive their coops are, I bet it’s over 10k.

You shouldn’t feed the dogs the raw eggs by the chickens coop. Because I read that if the chickens get even a tiny bit of taste of raw eggs, on ground, or in shells then they will peck at their own eggs. If you want to give them more protein during the cold or snow time. According to veterinarians, you can give them hard boiled eggs, make sure the yolk is completely hard, or scrambled eggs with water, no seasonings of course and no milk in scrambled eggs, because they can’t tolerate dairy. I see they love the warmer weather by all the eggs you got, I’m glad.

Yes during winter we follow the deep bedding method but in the spring they’ll all get cleaned out.
@lorineidtinytoadplot7447 ай бұрын
I wouldn't remove the duck pool, clean it out yes but maybe keep it and put 2 smaller tubs inside to help keep the water contained. A screen on the drain with a rope attached could also help, or make a larger drain with a screen.
