It just occurred to me that you and your friend Foresty Forest are “life artists”. Your views on your adventures could be compared to written adventures of the old west only vastly improved upon. Someday someone will realize the value of your content. I realize you probably don’t see it that way but I do. Thank you for enriching my day.

Amanda, thanks for an amazing tour. As always your video is stunning. Every hike you filmed, I kept thinking about how mindful one can be focusing on one step at a time. The world moves so quickly, and we don’t all soak in all the little things we do. By the way, Canada is melting. It’s almost safe to go home! Happy trails

You had to be crushed to find out that your audio was lost. I know that I am when that happens to me! And it does. But your voice-over was well done and natural. In case you don't yet, I suggest you carry a Garmin Inreach in case you get hurt on the trail.

Ugh ya it was annoying to lose the audio, I was a issue through the entire video and I had to spend a extra 6+ hours of audio editing just trying to salvage the episode. The settings kept getting messed up when I would put it in my packs outside pocket while hiking. And ya, covered on the inTeach front 💯

That was cool! I also really like the Sedona area - it's such a contrast from the green of BC. I know what you mean about the 7 Stagnant Pools - they were underwhelming on our visit too - but that sinkhole scared the life out of me! I never tire of seeing the cliff dwellings - it's just so fascinating to think of the history of these places.

It was very interesting to see the "sights" of Sedona. I'm glad you had some snow moments. In my area of the U.S. we surprisingly had very, very little snow this year, and I missed it very much. Personally, I have to say that I much prefer the flora of your gorgeous British Columbia to the red rocks of Sedona, but I did enjoy following along with you. Thx.

Beautiful. Thank you so much for not sharing exactly where you were hiking (apart from Seven Sacred Pools and I guess Boynton Canyon). So many places here are being ruined by social media sharing. As you have discovered, the most popular places can often be underwhelming. I've hiked so many times in the area you were leading up to the Seven Sacred Pools and have barely seen another soul until reaching the "tourist spots". Wasn't that great that you were here for the snow! This has been the snowiest and wettest winter in my 28 years here. Precious to see Sedona like that. It was lovely seeing Frank so happy in the snow too. Maybe I will spot you, Frank and Truck when you are here next time.

1:50 mark: I find the white-balance diversity interesting, as well as the landscape diversity. Shadows to light to shadows again, gives an interesting monochrome effect at times. Or at least that's how I viewed it. Such interesting colours in that area.

That was really cool to see in one day. Those shots were breathtaking of the sky.. Of course the best thing about snow is seeing Frank eat it. Loved watching him eat the melon rine. What were the smells like in the snow out in Sedona? I imagine amazing. That place is amazing. We just went to death valley and tecopa and it rained 3 days, we were all over from tecopa, death valley, bishop and the smells in the desert from the rain and snow, ahhhmazing. The juniper, sage brush, and others were sending off some smells I wish I could have bottled up. We left our normal Michigan winter and didn't expect winter in some parts of death valley, and the rain!!! It was green!!! Best trip of my life so far because of those 2 things. Just found your channel, love it and thank you! I half haphazardly just started mine and giving this a whirl. It's so fun! Off moral hunting today, wish me luck!
