Good crop of Bales but no guarantee what the weather will bring. Make Hay while the sun shines is a good maxim to follow. Would be great for you to end the year not having to worry.

With the window make sure the winder is right down, then place a hand each side of the window and you can put it into runner and lower it into the door then carefully guide it back up as the winder it raised (Carefully...)

don't be afraid to make more than you need.........next year could be the opposite of this year and if you got a couple hundred bales over all of a sudden they come in really handy

Your tractor should have lifted that bale ,i suspect theres a hidden problem somewhere My tractor loader had a similar problem last year where it started struggling to lift bales even when revving the engine ,turns out it was the double acting rams to lift the main boom of the loader leaking back internally so you dont see a leak .if it starts getting difficult it might be worth getting them checked

That's a brilliant crop of bales Richard, it's time things went easy for a change. Just a silly thought from this old engineer... Have you checked the Hydraulic Oil is the correct level recently? Just maybe it might need topping up. It's unlikely to be the problem but it costs nothing more than five minutes to just check.
