It feels like guilt because of the culture of modern day society. It promotes a busy life is a good life and a non busy life means life is not good. And also it's a stigma of when you're young you should stay busy and when you retire is when you should relax. People just have to learn to balance all of it by having control over there actions thoughts and feelings and not allowing society's fantasmagoria to take over to fit in.

Wonderful video! It was kind of special surprise for me because one of the first videos I ever saw of Natalie was of another visit she made to the coast. Back then she took the train from Nairobi.
