You can do it again and again! Just play longs make 7% every two weeks. Then do shorts such as sqqq others. There are also mega stocks to make big gains like 300% a month. If three months of the mega stocks you came out way ahead.

We're in a new era of fiat monetary experimentation. We should be in a recession (some industries already are), but the Fed is playing around with language and threats (with rates as leverage). Pretty crazy. Our economy is woefully dependent on cheap debt (makes me wonder what exactly will continue to be profitable once it all comes crashing down).

@@vincentnnyc yes i do make 4 or 5 trades a month in terms of # of trading transactions, but they are not for the same instruments (e.g. I don't open and close the same position on an instrument 4 or 5 times a month - instead I hold many different instruments for longer than a month or even a year) as I cycle through my positions to manage my portfolio's exposure so are you asking me what my biggest loss was for a single trade on a specific position (which I can hold for longer than a year)? or are you asking me what my biggest cumulative net loss was in a given time period such as in # month(s) / year(s) ?

@@vincentnnyc around 50k back in '04 before the position in silicon graphics inc got delisted from the nyse and went pink sheets... it was a lesson i learned earlier in life to never be a bagholder and to cut losses short - that position i held for too long at over a year and half as it died a steady death

people talking about yield curve inversion are always right at some point, 18 months is a long time and we have been inverted for even longer. bond traders are always risk averse. svb imploded bc ppl were scared into doing a bank run . jpow will save us all 🙏
