The closest I can come to relating to you is that my origins are Nigerian but I was born and bred in England... my parents didn’t teach us the Nigerian language but we knew some of the culture but little. I always shunned or didn’t have time for my culture as I grew but now I am older I feel soo British and want to embrace my Africans (Nigeria) culture more but it’s incumbent on me to embrace it by doing my due diligence of going to Nigeria, trying to learn the language, ingratiating myself into the culture... bro you can do the same thing .. go to Africa (Ghana is a good place to start ), read books about your ancestral home Africa... I know you African American but you can also be a man of two nations just like me England and Africa (Nigeria). Authors to connect you to Africa are Chine Achibe and Chiamanda Ngozi Adichi. Hope I wasn’t being too forward.. I just kind of know what it is to long for your roots.

This video makes me think about my dad and everything he did out there in Nigeria. We live in the Uk but we’re Nigerian. My dad built homes for many in Nigeria. Built his own compound. Died out there too. Sad times. But from this video I feel encouraged to go back to Nigeria and see everything he built again. Thanks Anthony.

The first time i fell in love with AJ knowing is a Nigerian, the last time i owed all respect to him was when his humility was displayed with maturity, Ruiz, Wilder all found excuses for their defeat but AJ accepted defeat and said i will bounce back which indeed he did and earn more name and history to himself, now i added his thought to mine saying "DON'T LET SUCCESS GET INTO YOUR HEAD AND DON'T LET FAILURE GETS INTO YOUR HEART" is a nice one bro, WINNING OR LOOSING, I STAND FOR AJ
