@@jugjitsharma4938 No, he's not racist. His maternal grandmother is white for God's Sake, and his trainer is white, his promoter is white and half of his entourage is white. That speech was completely twisted in the media. In an entire speech, one single line was taken out of context. He made it very clear in the same speech that he was grateful to see the entire Watford community, black, white, Indian etc. coming together in peaceful protest, and he was very critical of the people who were using violence as a means of protest. Plus, it wasn't even his speech. He was simply handed it and asked to read it out because he is the UK's most recognised athlete. He didn't write it.

AJ waking up time is so much cap, on his youtube vids when training or not, he is always eating breakfast at 6 am, love that the champ ain't telling his secrets tho 😂👊👊

I think it’s when he doesn’t have any fight that he wakes up that late. Waking up at 5:30 is not very good to do a whole year

It’s not mate, he said he wakes up at early doors each day then Saturdays he’ll sleep all day which is facts if you look at top athletes (CR7), he usually sleeps 14 hours before a game and 10+ on a normal day

@@MaxPower-cm6ie probably trains 2-3x a day in shifts of 1-2h. Imo that’s very possible, he’s a millionaire and an athlete so probably he does that. But not all trainings are heavy work, don’t forget that

@@MaxPower-cm6ie Like the guy above me said, human body can't handle like 18 hours of rigorous training unless they're on PEDs, or maybe I should rephrase that, any athlete claiming they're training rigorous 2/3x a day for something like 15-20 hours is definitely, unmistakebly on PEDs.
