Going down the Patrice rabbit hole has made a legitimate and powerful shift in my mentality, and has made me happier overall. There are 145 episodes (all an hour and a half-4 hours) of Opie and Anthony with him on the show uploaded onto Apple Podcasts, as well as the 12 episodes of his own relationship show “Black Phillip.” It’s also all here on KZbin. Won’t do you much good for a reaction channel unless you take small chunks, but if you can manage to listen to them while you’re driving or mowing the lawn or whatever, you will never be able to thank yourself enough. Luckily I work alone and have it playing throughout the workday. I’m on my 4th or 5th run through the series.
