you should see 'the first slam dunk'. it's an adaptation of the last game, but with a twist. miyagi is the protagonist. it's a really good movie with fluid animation and some added content that makes the story of slam dunk richer. yes, some parts were cut off but i truly think is a faithful look on this amazing manga!

Man both Bleach and GTO are fire and some of the best in their genres, Slam Dunk is hands down my fav sports manga (and maybe sports media actually) of all time and I hope you enjoy it 😄

I think you would really enjoy Vinland Saga. The first two arcs are simply incredible. Makoto Yukimura has great story telling. He also wrote a two-volume series called Planetes which is also excellent.

Regards from Brazil, i loved your review and it is different from anything ive saw on yt. Congrats, i ll watch your other videos. About the review, that why i love slam dunk. Its starts only about something goofy, but after that you see that the story is deeper and something that simple as a crush can make you discover something that meaningful for your life. He never cared about anything like he cared about basketball after all that. And thats what is so powerful. And after that, shows even if you dont win all you can still make great things to be proud of. This manga is great. After that ill leave you with 2 things. 1 - watch the movie. It gives you other look of the last game. 2 - give Real a chance. A basketball manga that talks about wheels chair basketball. It is great as well. Sorry for the long comment. Hahahaha

If you're looking for more mangas to check out I recommend "The Climber" and "Holyland" The Climber is getting an official English release next year but Holyland sadly doesn't have one. While very different both mangas deal a lot with themes of dealing with depression, finding a place to belong, connecting with others etc. Also "Berserk" is a classic to check out as well if you haven't already. Keep up the good work on the channel & videos!

@@PeterOlszewski Hopefully you can get to read those two series soon. You should also check out some series from Naoki Urasawa whenever you can too if you haven’t. “Monster” and “Billy Bat” are both pretty good. If you ever do any comic book videos I think series/ characters like Animal Man or some indie stuff would be cool to see too. Really like the format and editing for your videos and I’m sure you’ll only get better with more content you get out Keep up the good work!

Nice video dude Slam dunk is my favourite sports series and I can never get enough of it. You should also try REAL by the same, Takehiko Inoue sensei. It's on wheelchair basketball and although It's more on the psychological side of the things rather than sports I find it to be one of the, if not the most inspirational thing ever.
