A Marathon challenge as we take to the streets of Manchester

This week we're back in England for a long awaited date with the 2024 Adidas Manchester Marathon. Before we get to that thoughtthere's the small matter of a parkrun at Sale Water Park and, inevitably, a wee explore of a couple of the city's museums.

All our videos are hand made from 100% organic ingredients ;). Our content is mostly filmed on a GoPro 11 with a Rode fluffy microphone to keep the wind noise down, with occasional bits on an iPhone13. We also use a DJI Mini 3 drone which we're loving getting to grips with.
We make our own music using GarageBand and the videos are edited in iMovie.

The sculpture is after a painting by John Singer Sargent, titled Gassed. I saw the painting when it was part of an exhibition of Sargent’s work at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. Sargent was technically American, but he lived in England for a lot of his life. He was one of the greatest portrait painters of his day. I took a whole graduate class on Sargent at the University of Maryland.
