Had that same thing happen to me . Pretty much almost immediately after I did I realized the mistake I made and just felt the way attraction was being lost . It will happen to anyone . As she yapped on, she mentioned a problem she was facing. Wanting to be helpful, I started giving her detailed, step-by-step advice on how to solve her problem. As I spoke, genuinely trying to help her, I noticed her attraction to me starting to fading. I could literally see her losing interest in real-time because I cared enough about her to offer her advice. She stopped talking completely and all her enthusiasm was GONE! Seeing this, I quickly ended the conversation, politely bid her farewell (so she wouldn't make up some story about me), stood up, and left. Little rant: While I wouldn’t exactly call myself shy, it feels like I’m going through peaks and valleys when it comes to being comfortable going up and talking to women. I wasn’t afraid to talk to women in my teens, but now at 24 I either steer clear or make calculated attempts of going up and talking to someone because of the current dating landscape and climate/ risks and because idk how many more times I can take getting rejected before I just say “F it” and take myself out of the game altogether. I appreciate what you do LFA because vids like this give me hope. I go back and forth on how to feel about my chances still being so young but not having success this far into my life. What you described after 5:00 min is actually very normal behavior. It's not necessarily shy just slow. I don't hit on girls I don't know and I'm not desperate for sex. I do get approached but I'll find a respectful and nice way to tell her I'm no interested if I don't have serious feelings for her. There used to be a time when sex was a very special thing that you only did with the one person you truly loved and cared about. Now it's normalized and taken for granted by a lot of people but sex is a very powerful bond between two people so if you're dating and have multiple relationships you'll be thinking about what it really meant to the other person and how it compares to the others they've been with. There's no escape, it will haunt you more than anything else.

I get what you're saying. I'm the same way. I'm extroverted to a degree, but only when it's useful. I'm into guys like that as well. The reason why extroverted,/not shy(shameless) guys are a no go because they overshare. They say inappropriate things at the worst times. Embarrass you. Flex too much. The flow of information is so important. I cannot emphasize that enough. It can be weaponized against you. Especially, in a familial dynamic. I'm the same way with women as well. There are some women I've worked with for years who knew absolutely nothing about me. However, I knew their whole life story. Some people need to learn the art of moving in private. They're addicted to being seen. There's a certain type of negative energy that comes from that I just don't like. People start whispering things in your ear & trying mess with your mind.

those are all great advise but at 52 I have not been on a date for the past 7 years, the videos guess don't take into account how women have changed over the last 20-30 years. When I was 45 they hired an internship 25y old women, all the men at my job went nuts even if she was not that hot. What they did not know is she was bipolar and bisexual, and more attracted by women than man,. that women almost made me lose my job when she though I had an eye on here which I did not. The reality is that in today world any women who cries wolf will get a free pass even if she is lying. Last year I rejected a 62 year old hag at my job who at her age since she trains, goes to the tanning salon invest in her looks (lol) asked me out for drinks. She could not take the rejection and went to the boss with false accusations. A good thing I know my boss and he told her off. If there is one advise I can give young men today is be very careful when dealing with women, even the below average ones, because today all women act like they are special and prize to be won even if they look like trash cans have 3 kids they will still dream of the 6 feet 6 pack model looking guy until reality sets in. Consider that 99% of all relations don't last main reason why lots of men went there own way, there is no better reward than being free

I have never been the shyest guy in the world, but I get what you are talking about. I have some woman at work getting hung up on me. I was married for a decent amount of years, and have adult children in their early 20's. These woman probe me to see what my relationship status is. The more attractive ones act like they are not interested in me, but they are always walking past my field of vision just hoping I will say hello to them.

To be honest I don't disagree with you I have been that guy, if anything it has pushed to not be complacent, be the best version of myself mentally, physically socially etc, so my calm collected reserved nature has got them trying to get my attention. So you don't have to Mr Hungry all the time. Funny enough I am not obsessed with them 😂😂 so that makes them chase. Keep doing your thing. I understand why this grown keeps complimenting me but at the same showing signs of insecurity ie.e you are got nice clothes you're shape, he be feeling uncomfortable around me lol. The word you were looking for might have been "aloof" rather than shy. An aloof guy is doing his own thing and noncommittal about his interest. Shy guys typically get no interest from women at all, thats why they're shy.
