Been maining Rein since the OW1 betas and man does it hurt to see how far he's fallen. I just want to be able to hop in a match, swing away and get my daily dopamine rush. It feels like every change and addition to the game is being designed to make Rein less fun. Obviously that's not entirely true, but it sure comes off that way sometimes.

Rein's pin is the most annoying thing. On the receiving end, you get randomly pulled into it though you're 5 ft away ... or you pin dead on and have people bounce away. The only consistency is knowing it's a gamble and a smaller miracle it works.

Hot Tips from 2 weeks ago that i got from my silver/gold support player when i was playing rein in to a Ball. You can use your shield to destroy the mines :O best tip ever -.- yea lets waste shield on the mines or what i did save shield and just swing.

Ok so fellow rienhardt players do you think it would be a good idea for his shield to have less damage done to it when it’s being hit by an ult. Like roadhog couldn’t break it as fast and it can make him more viable

That sounds like a very situational buff and unless it is some absolutely insane resistance (Like -80%) Whole Hog would still shred it anyway. And Rein's shield already has enough health to block ults like High Noon, Overclock, Tac Visor, Blossom, B.O.B, etc. They need to give him his charge damage back, and maybe a flat shield health buff, and then I'd say he's in a good spot.
