Great lookback! I like your videos, keep up the good work, man. This game was definitely my childhood. Playing it in a room in our after-school rec centre, I remember beating the, at least for us back then, difficult mine cart level in front of the other kids. The next time we wanted to play, someone had broken into the centre and stolen the SNES so we couldn't continue. But it was definitely a moment of victory for me that this game could provide. And also, all the things you mention: gameplay, graphics, music, sound design... Everything was just so well made. A stellar experience that still holds up today.
