Every once in a while, I come back here and it’s such a happy place for me. 6 years have passed already and I no longer play the piano but the music stays in my heart, and so does this medley… and a few others too❤

I've finally done it. I watched every single video on this channel. And my journey ended here. This is the best and greatest performance of Caliko. Period. Something special happened on this day. Something in that mind was perfectly connected to those glorious talented hands floating over the keys. The ability to express feelings through an instrument is a rare skill. You can have all the tricks humanly possible, but when you make someone feel alive, feel something that's when you've mastered the art. This in my opinion is and was and will always be the peak of Caliko. Thank you Caliko for your years of talent. The only thing I ask is you save this somewhere safe and permanent. No matter what I'll always return to this very moment. My kids my grandkids this is what they will hear. Enough of my novel and back to listening to the mastery of Caliko. I didn't use a piano sheet, this was improvised! I'm sure you can find some basic piano sheets for Dearly Beloved itself, there are many, many arrangements of it out there

My mom is a piano teacher and I want to start playing again, I stopped playing 4 years ago when I was 12. You're an amazing player and I wanted to know if you have any suggestions of sheet music an intermediate player who likes your covers would enjoy!

You're in a very similar situation as I was! I stopped playing when I was 12 too and picked it up 3 years later. My big comback to playing back then was Sebastian Wolff's arrangement of Forbidden Friendship - it was a bit of a challenge, but good excersise, then Kyle Landry's arrangement of Passion. You could look up some pieces from the Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy piano collections, there's a lot of intermediate pieces there like To Zanarkand and Dearly Beloved (I personally also liked Cloud's Theme and Aerith's theme but those are a bit tricky). You can also look for some easy sheet music for Hans Zimmer's Time and the Interstellar Theme, and once you can play the basics look for more advanced arrangements (same with Dearly Beloved and other popular melodies like that). Good luck!

Ah this was very, very improvised so no sheets for how I played it, sorry! There's definitely plenty of sheet music for other arrangements of all those pieces though if you search for them

Computer programs exist which would analyze this and spit out the notes in some semblance of sheet music, but you'd have to do some tweaking to make it look right.
