Knee injuries take a lot longer to heal than normal injuries. Just keep up the rehab. Sometimes you might feel pain for months but it will eventually go away after you strenghten it enough. You should focus on strengthening the knee with things like the leg press and glute extensions. I had a partial tear in my knee and it took me half a year to get back to soccer. If you want I can give you the plan my doctor gave me to do after my injury. BTW I did an mri as well.

I weigh 175lbs and I’m 6’4”and I would do 5x5 for 185.. TWEEDIE IS GETTING SWOLE! Bout stronger than me! 💪🏽💪🏽 My max is 255lbs for 1 rep.. 😉

Mate you need to do strengthening excercises for your legs. You injured your knee because your leg muscles couldn/t support it well enough. Only doing upper body and neglecting your legs will just lead to another injury.

It’s so odd to me being from the uk and not seeing people over in AUS wearing masks. Even you and the physio being so close to each other isn’t happening right now
