Not on time, and not on budget. The $155M debt was also NOT approved by voters. The "enterprise" established to get around TABOR voter approval has never met for years. And additional $15M has been borrowed from the electric utility, which shortly after raised rates.

The good people of Loveland should be aware that this is a man and council member tasked with distributing taxpayer funds as part of his job duties. I don’t know about any of you but I find it disturbing that John Fogle has evaded paying income taxes for such a long period of time that there is allegedly a lien against his home. This former used car salesman and pawn shop broker has a long history of financial failures, many failed LLC’s and tax evasion going back as far as the 1980’s. It’s as if he just doesn’t want to pay his share of taxes owed but loves to spend our tax dollars. I am simply conveying information I have discovered in a series of background checks available online to anyone for a fee and perhaps a few personal sources. Interestingly, other councilMen and men in leadership positions have similar looking records with fiduciary failures, bankruptcies and lack good business acumen.
