I remember this from many years ago. It brought tears to me then and it does at this Moment, goose bumps. I so loved that this song was originally released at a time I personally felt Gid holding me by the shoulders telling me to stand when everyday I felt I could not go on without my son. It’s been 25 yrs. This song will continue to bring me closer to God. Praise God for all who are touched as deeply. We will survive this earthly life knowing our destination is to be with him.

I’ve saw God in miraculous ways, and even though we have lost so many people in half a decade God also has many mansions prepared for all of us. This brings tears to my eyes. One good thing that comes from disasters and hardships like this , is softening of people hearts, making them humble and realizing how small and vulnerable we are. That is when God can really speak to human hearts and they are able to hear. Lord God, speak to the people of this land, turn their hearts to you, that they may be saved.

To all in the midst of this storm ( Helene and Milton) please know you are being loved and watched by the world. I’m so very sorry for all you are enduring but you are Christian bright lights shining in this dark world and we needed you. I have seen sad bewildered eyes begin to sparkle when telling what you are enduring and you get to the part where you tell how wonderfully the churches have stepped up in so many ways. And when asked “ what can we do for you?” So many refrain from asking for material things and say simply “ pray for us “. We are praying and will continue to pray and our God to whom nothing is impossible will bring you through this “valley of the shadow of death.”.
