As a music teacher with Junior Appalachian Musicians of Tellico Plains, Tn, I love it all. The directing, the singing, the young instrumentalists, the arrangements, It makes me want to see more performimg organizations similar to this around the country. As a director on a much smaller scale, the joy from watching young people accomplish things the did not know they could do and the looks on their faces when they do it is amazing.

You guys did this song a few years ago with a different set of children and a different theme, yet I love both. How exactly do you manage to do this, OVCC? =) And another thing, guys we just see a fantastic music video. We don't see all the hard work, expense and sacrifices of all of the families of these children in bringing them to and from rehearsals and practices, all the time spent away from their families during rehearsals, etc. I would say there are probably 100 hours of rehearsals and practices for each one minute of music video. It's what goes on behind the video that people may forget about. How Masa manages to hold this group of kids together and compose these videos one after another without the slightest hiccup is beyond me. Trust me Masa, if you read this, we viewers do NOT forget about all the hard work that goes into these videos. Thank you for all your hard work and for the kids hard work as well. Keep up the good work!
