A Mindset of Change: Angela Knuth

Openness has many meanings. For us at Audi, it is about creating a diverse and unbiased company culture and creating an open dialogue for our employees to feel safe and represented.
For Angela Knuth from the Works Council in Neckarsulm, openness is defined as showing #tolerance. She believes that openness should be anchored deeply in company culture because, when you are open towards other people you can gain new experiences that can also help you develop as a person.
