My husband and I decided to send him to main stream school and now he is 20 years old...a young man, very articulate and now attending one of the top universities in the world, Kings College University London studying Law....god works in mysterious ways and often situations turn out right. All of those experts that said it couldn't happen probably also didn't take into account the time of year that all of this went down in Texas. It's not the dead of summer with the high heat and humidity. Maybe because this all happened in late winter early spring it shows that, that is when places like Texas have the right climate. Maybe it was the weather and temperatures that set Carl and Debbie off to breed out of typical ostrich breeding season. It's nice to prove "experts" wrong on some things, and this is one of them. Congrats on your new babies and hopefully they all stay healthy and well.

Thank you for filming this special and unique miracle for all of us to be a part of, because we would never get to see something so beautiful if you hadn’t filmed ❤️. I agree with you on not interfering with them raising their babies 😃. Like you said, they know what they are doing! Congratulations 🍾🎊🎉

I absolutely LOVE the speckles on their necks❣️I wonder if Debbie & Carl know how many more if the eggs will hatch? 🐣 I guess if they go a day or two w/o hatching then they're done? Oh I can't wait to see all the video you & Lester have created so far. Happy Mother's Day to Debbie & Carl

HI Jami! Congratulations on your ostriches! Btw. Jason's friend Robert, at Daybird Aviaries would be a great person to care for and love your extra ostriches. He is an AMAZING caretaker of baby birds! ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰

Wait what? WHY are they needed to be shipped off to a human care giver? There's nothing wrong w Carl & Debbie the parents - what's your reason for saying to send them away? Lester & Jami w Carl and Debbie I'm sure can handle anything that comes up!!!

Birth is such a beautiful sight. Welcome to the world baby #3 (PETE from Pablo's Pond, as in 3-peat, Pete, Petunia). Just suggesting! So happy for Carl & Debby proving naysayers wrong. Carl & all the girls have come so far in their recovery & acclamation to the Sanctuary. Lester, Jami, & Jake you all did a wonderful thing by letting Mother Nature take it's course & letting Carl & Debby become parents in their own time & way. Happy Mother's Day to Debby & Grandma Jami! What did your mom say, Jami, when you called & screamed "We have baby ostriches!"? Lol 😆 🤣 🐣🐣🐣

Congratulations! 🎉🍼 Absolutely amazing that babies have arrived for Carl & Debbie! 📣 Jami you need to call Guiness Book of World Records for achieving the impossible in Texas! If you're gonna play in Texas, you need to have these Ostrich on the farm! 🥰 Stay blessed 💌🇨🇦

Man, I'm SO glad y'all didn't listen to "the experts", or the "Google searches" & take those eggs away from them. Who would of thought? Did Carl & Debbie just change everything? They literally just defied all the odds. Makes me think that the low stress did likely play a huge part. Also it's like they had a little discussion & knew the summer would be too hot & did "it" early lol. (That or Carl just couldn't wait until summer 😂). ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Congrats to the new parents & congrats to you & Lester too because y'all made this possible. This should have been the morning news story down in TX on mother's day!

I too worried that Carl was laying there and looking so bad. I mean weak. But he was doing his Dad duties. Im so proud of both them. Jami this is one of the most emotional videos you have ever made. Well there was one but Im not going to talk about it right now. This little one wants to walk so bad.

Oh what a sight to behold , Mother Nature performing her motives tight in front of our eyes! Thanks Jami and Lester for sharing these monuments of the baby ostriches as they emerge into the world ! Congratulations Carl and Debbie and Lester and Jami you have all done an amazing job allowing what was said to be impossible in Texas to progress to the possible !! Beautiful babies and I’m loving the names so far, Pat, Sue and Jas and loving that they all have 3 letters! Might I suggest other 3 letter names like Gem/Jim- Ima-Ana- Jay/Jae- lee- Jon/ Jan- Kim -Cam and the list goes on !! God bless them all ! ❤️🙏✝️🙋🏻
