1)I think he put all those indifferent cards on the top so Dani tells to pick any Queen of Hearts while he is spreading the cards, so the top cards are not available for selection. Later he cuts and brings those indifferent cards after 20 cards. 2) While dealing Dani tells he will deal one by one but in real he deals in packets till it reaches the break where he has put those indifferent cards. 3) The third indifferent card how he forced exactly at position 21 is not clear to me but I think Dani has more that 3 indifferent cards after 20th position which he cleverly hides while spreading the QUEENS at the end of trick or he actually counted 20 cards without our knowledge.
