The architect seems to be very modest… The intelligence of integrating space, light, landscape , interior design with the flow of movement in the habit of living of the future owners is obvious - this is such a house that it makes you think, it makes you want to stay, and makes you dream ..gives you a feeling of belonging. I love this house. This house has a soul - this house has a generous soul with a heart and it inspires - it inspires me to build something similar for myself......What a beautiful architectural solution, Thank you for the experience

I've watched a lot of Architectural videos and house tours, but this is the first time I was impressed with how the Architecture blends with the nature. It's not overly done, it's subtle, smart and funtional. Simple yet grand in it's own definition. My fave part is the use of natural lighting❤❤❤

The use of the screens presents a beautiful silhouette while providing the home owner with an additional layer of privacy. The use of plants and gardens around the home is beautiful in co trast with the concrete. And diffused lighting is quite inventive. Very lovely home.

Shaun Lockyer has a talent with marrying the earth with architectural materiality. His reverence for timbre and greenery is amazing. I've seen several of his works before and he does really well with using cut outs in spaces to connect and show parts of the house. His timeless designs always look like the past, present, and future. That is really hard to get right and he does it so beautifully. I want to hire him, but I can't afford him hahahaha 🤣

In winter is a friendly temperature in Australia and a lot of stone is used, a very beautiful architecture. In Europe it is cold in winter and we need the finishes to be used in other proportions. It is more complicated, we use a lot thermal insulation layers applied on the facades.

It's amazing how people living on one planet even in one country even in one city can live in absolutely different worlds. I live in Siberia in small single room 37 sq meters apartment and this house is like an alien spaceship or a house from a dream that I can only build in my daydreams and all my flat and my savings equals a bottle of wine from this basement. But after all I can share the beauty of the architecture.
