I came here to say the same thing you said. The family room is wonderful. So are the arches. But I hate a sink in the island. Who wants to sit up there to eat with dirty dishes staring at you? I love the sink by the window so I can look out at the scenery while I'm busy working.

I love the old fashioned archways! The French doors and huge kitchen catches my eyes! I'm excited about the size of this manufactured home! But the sell is the pantry and the layout! Love the wood type floors and the colors are so so awesome! Love the sink in the utility room. This house is so bright and cheerful! The only thing I hate about it is that it's not my house!😅

I love the separation of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Only thing I would change is the fireplace placement in the living room, I hate that they basically force you to have your tv above the fireplace.

What I love: size, basic floor plan, separate den close to laundry room. What I’d change or like: kitchen sink under the window. No fireplace. Electrical outlets in pantry for roomba, etc. Stand alone tub in master bath. Working window in master bath toilet room. Working window in both of the other bathrooms. I never see working window in the bathrooms usually. They need them!! Thanks so much Chance for all your great content & your adorable personality!!😄

This is minor, but I don't like it when the freestanding soaking tub's faucet is on the outside of the tub going towards the room. I want that stuff on the other side of the tub by the wall 😊

I love archways & pillars/colums. For me in this house I would rather have the family room where the primary suite is, because I DO NOT want my primary suite in the kitchen, that's just me. I would rather for my primary suite be where the den/family room is for more privacy . Another thing I do not like having to walk through the house with company just to get to the den/family room just to entertain....

Changes: no dining room. Do a large l shaped island with no sink. I like sinks in front of window. Add a real fireplace. But I love everything else!

Instead of the other living room I would turn that into another bedroom. It needs a real fireplace. Also the shower head shouldn't ever come out of the wall it should be waterproof all the way up. Otherwise it was nice. Oh I forgot to say no to microwave over the stove, and not ever have a lazy Susan. Too hard to keep clean

Lovely home. Spacious rooms that are adequate for everyone. The layout is well thought out. The only thing I would recommend is adding a fireplace in the family room . Thanks for another great tour.

I loved this house. I could live in it. What I especially liked about it was the arches and color choices. What I would change is it needs a place to sit to do hair and makeup in the main bathroom. That is such an overlooked item. Also, I would remove the window in the main walk-in closet. Natural light is great for a lot of things but in a closet, it is a disaster. Personally, I would opt out of that and put in more shelves and a space for a full-length mirror. Put a 100-watt daylight LED giving plenty of good non-fading light. Chance, you are excellent and my favorite to watch. I hate to tell you this, but you do have a mistake in your video. When giving the master dimensions, it says Family Room. I knew you would want to know.

Well, I don't like that there is no proper foyer, it's ridiculous with a nice home like that. Also, with a foyer one could set the living room up proper. There is a mantle, fire place yet the furniture is not placed correctly. How ya going to watch tv cranking your head. Also, I love the primary bedroom, bath and kitchen... Darealdeal

I love the primary bedroom; the fact it has ample room, large closet, AND has a tub... I LOVE it!! I would probably change the 4th bedroom into being connected to the hall bathroom to make a guest suite and add a half bath for company to use. Great tour Chance!!

I love this home. I also really like arches. Hmm what would I change? If it were MY home I would have the door that goes from the utility room into the family room be a string door like is used on the outside n of a home. I would have my doggy door in that side door and then when I'm not home my dogs could go into the utility room without them or anyone else accessing the rest of the house. I really like the idea of having a utility room I can put my dogs in if need be and close the door. I might even add a doggy wash in there. I also would make that entire area by the master shower be the shower from the point you turn right next to it. Love it otherwise!!!!

There is endless possibilities those extra rooms For an in-law or mother-in-law arrangement or for when the oldest child leaves home and returns with a new Husband or Wife and they need a place until they get on their feet Or you have a GoodModa and you need her close by and your wife needs to know who & what she is that’s the rules in that world

I love this house. The layout is beautiful. The dimension. the dimensions are perfect. The one thing I would change is a more. formal entryway at the front, making a foyer. Adding a closet with a staircase in it to go down to a basement. And putting a coat closet in the four-year area.

I really love the overall layout, the wall color, and the arches. I would consider changing the family room into another bedroom, and the cabinet between the toilet and shower in the guest bath could be shallower. This is one I would really like to see done up with dark colors, too. Black cabinetry would really make some nice contrast to the wall color.

Hi, Chance! I must say this home checked all the boxes on my list! Just like a couple of the homes at Homes by Vanderbilt..Yeah, I live in North Carolina...those homes are beautiful! But, this home i truly see myself and my kids in..with a carport or two car garage and fenced in backyard...now the only things I would change and add: 1. No sink in the island..there's enough room to put it on the other side, below one of those windows. 2. Instead of the island that brown color, I would love it a blue color. 3. Also, the island would have nice sized drawers for my pots, pans and bakeware..got to have that, cause I love to cook and bake.. 4. I would also, love a pot filler installed. Now! I'm going to try and see if I can find this model in North Carolina, so I can go look at it.. Thanks for showing this one Chance!!

Hello Chance! Nice video and nice house! There's lots I like about this one and a few things I don't like. I don't like the sink being in the island, and the island is too big. I do like those walls and arches around the dining room - it gives you separation between the living room, dining room and kitchen, and makes it not a wide-open floorplan. I love the Pantry! I'd do my usual changes to get my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, by using the two bedrooms and the Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. Family Room can be husband's Gym. I'd probably remove the bench and coat hanging section in Utility Room and use that space for a Freezer. I love the fact that the furnace and water heater access are both in the utility room! Only two things I'd change in the Master Bathroom...a Handicapped Tub, to replace the tub shown, and remove the wall between the shower and commode, to give me more room around the commode and because I don't like that small of an enclosed place! I love the Master Closet and the fact it's Not in the bathroom. Sorry. I know you said "one thing we liked and one thing we didn't like", but there are so many things of both that I couldn't make up my mind on which ones to speak about!! I actually like this house and could make it mine very easily! As I said, Chance, good video, and nice house! See you next time! God bless you and your family!

This has a great layout. I love the kitchen. What I would change is not having the microwave over the stove. Have another oven and then microwave above it. Not sure where to put it at the moment (just on one of the walls). A place for an extra freezer and a handheld in the master shower. Those aren't major changes, but would make it perfect.

I love this house. The best thing is it looks like a stick-built house because of the siding and the roof pitch. Negatives: I would want a freestanding tub in the master bath and I hope there is space in the utility room for a freezer.

I can't just pick only 1 thing I love about this home. This is not the whole list of what I love because there are so many but here goes. 1. Arch ways 2. The sizes of all bedrooms. 3. Big island 4. Kitchen counter top and cabinets. Lots of electrical outlets. 5. Dining room. 6. Living room w/ fireplace, mantel, and ship lap. 6. The whole master suite. 7. That master closet. 8. Of course master bath. 9. Pantry 10. Utility room The things I didn't like and would change. 1. NO carpet in anyroom. All flooring I want LVP 2. Microwave over top of stove. Put it at the end of counter making a full row of cabinets. 3. Sink in island put it on back wall w/ a window. 4. Different light fixtures over the island. 5. Remove the glass between the bathtub and shower. Make it a solid wall and put cubbies for shampoo, body washes, shaving gels, razors, hooks for body puffs, shower caps, and sponges. 6. Remove bench and hooks from Utility Room. Use space for freezer and expand counter top. Well that is all I can think of right now. Thank you for the tour of a beautiful home. Those arched door ways remind me of homes I used to see when I lived in southern California 50+ years ago. Did you know that spiders can't spin a web in an arch? That dining room is huge! Love kitchen is terrific! Love all the storage, especially if someone puts this in a park and so no chance of a basement, you need to have places to put seasonal stuff. I especially like that kithen with lots of space for cooking and baking. Back before the arthritis took the oomph out of me, I would have made real use of it. The water closet I don't like. I can't stand being in an enclosed room like like so the door is a waste unless there is a way to have a window. Not a nice day hear. Too much snow for me to go get my mail and I know I have a package in the box.
