What I love: size, basic floor plan, separate den close to laundry room. What I’d change or like: kitchen sink under the window. No fireplace. Electrical outlets in pantry for roomba, etc. Stand alone tub in master bath. Working window in master bath toilet room. Working window in both of the other bathrooms. I love the old fashioned archways! The French doors and huge kitchen catches my eyes! I'm excited about the size of this manufactured home! But the sell is the pantry and the layout! Love the wood type floors and the colors are so so awesome! Love the sink in the utility room. This house is so bright and cheerful! The only thing I hate about it is that it's not my house!😅

I love the primary bedroom; the fact it has ample room, large closet, AND has a tub... I LOVE it!! I would probably change the 4th bedroom into being connected to the hall bathroom to make a guest suite and add a half bath for company to use. Great tour Chance!!

I'm a huge sucker for large kitchens especially those with huge islands. The kitchen and bathrooms are selling points for me. My living area must also have a nice fireplace entertainment tv space as well. Being born, raised, and living in cold climates, you look forward to a nice cozy fireplace. I enjoyed this house, the space is just wonderful design is gorgeous. I would like a larger utility room with a kitchenette. I like the family room being next to that. Sometimes you don't everyone all over your house. I would also add an large screen window back porch with fireplace.

I can't just pick only 1 thing I love about this home. This is not the whole list of what I love because there are so many but here goes. 1. Arch ways 2. The sizes of all bedrooms. 3. Big island 4. Kitchen counter top and cabinets. Lots of electrical outlets. 5. Dining room. 6. Living room w/ fireplace, mantel, and ship lap. 6. The whole master suite. 7. That master closet. 8. Of course master bath. 9. Pantry 10. Utility room The things I didn't like and would change. 1. NO carpet in anyroom. All flooring I want LVP 2. Microwave over top of stove. Put it at the end of counter making a full row of cabinets. 3. Sink in island put it on back wall w/ a window. 4. Different light fixtures over the island. 5. Remove the glass between the bathtub and shower. Make it a solid wall and put cubbies for shampoo, body washes, shaving gels, razors, hooks for body puffs, shower caps, and sponges. 6. Remove bench and hooks from Utility Room. Use space for freezer and expand counter top. Well that is all I can think of right now. Thank you for the tour of a beautiful home. Hello Chance! Nice video and nice house! There's lots I like about this one and a few things I don't like. I don't like the sink being in the island, and the island is too big. I do like those walls and arches around the dining room - it gives you separation between the living room, dining room and kitchen, and makes it not a wide-open floorplan. I love the Pantry! I'd do my usual changes to get my Library Music Studio Office Rooms, by using the two bedrooms and the Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. Family Room can be husband's Gym. I'd probably remove the bench and coat hanging section in Utility Room and use that space for a Freezer. I love the fact that the furnace and water heater access are both in the utility room! Only two things I'd change in the Master Bathroom...a Handicapped Tub, to replace the tub shown, and remove the wall between the shower and commode, to give me more room around the commode and because I don't like that small of an enclosed place! I love the Master Closet and the fact it's Not in the bathroom. Sorry. I know you said "one thing we liked and one thing we didn't like", but there are so many things of both that I couldn't make up my mind on which ones to speak about!! I actually like this house and could make it mine very easily! As I said, Chance, good video, and nice house! See you next time! God bless you and your family!

Like this home very much, the fireplace style I would change and maybe even add one to the Den as well. I like the cabinets on the kitchen island. The secondary bathroom I like but truly if I had My preference I would like the tub -shower and linen cabinet separate from the water closet. Don't really like small enclosed spaces for tub -shower kinda claustrophobic kinda thing. The master bathroom is great and like everything else. I think I would add one more shelf level to the PANTRY. My house had archways too and I like them. I do like very much they went with a single French door with faux French door window in the dining room, my preferred look instead of a slider. The separate Closets with regular door Access for the HVAC AND WATER HEATER were perfect. I could see myself in this home. Thanks for the tour.

Hi, Chance! I must say this home checked all the boxes on my list! Just like a couple of the homes at Homes by Vanderbilt..Yeah, I live in North Carolina...those homes are beautiful! But, this home i truly see myself and my kids in..with a carport or two car garage and fenced in backyard...now the only things I would change and add: 1. No sink in the island..there's enough room to put it on the other side, below one of those windows. 2. Instead of the island that brown color, I would love it a blue color. 3. Also, the island would have nice sized drawers for my pots, pans and bakeware..got to have that, cause I love to cook and bake.. 4. I would also, love a pot filler installed. Now! I'm going to try and see if I can find this model in North Carolina, so I can go look at it.. Thanks for showing this one Chance!!

I really love the overall layout, the wall color, and the arches. I would consider changing the family room into another bedroom, and the cabinet between the toilet and shower in the guest bath could be shallower. This is one I would really like to see done up with dark colors, too. Black cabinetry would really make some nice contrast to the wall color.

I loved this house. I could live in it. What I especially liked about it was the arches and color choices. What I would change is it needs a place to sit to do hair and makeup in the main bathroom. That is such an overlooked item. Also, I would remove the window in the main walk-in closet. Natural light is great for a lot of things but in a closet, it is a disaster. Personally, I would opt out of that and put in more shelves and a space for a full-length mirror. Put a 100-watt daylight LED giving plenty of good non-fading light. Chance, you are excellent and my favorite to watch. I hate to tell you this, but you do have a mistake in your video. When giving the master dimensions, it says Family Room. I knew you would want to know.

I think this is one of my very favorites in quite some time. I love the layout not to mention the arches. The colors are so warm and inviting which brings me to what I don't like. I think that the white countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms is completely the opposite of the warmth of this home. Love the backsplash but can't stand the choice of countertop that they used. I also I know you just said one but I also would like to see the sink under the window instead of in the island. I also think that the square sinks in the bathroom would have been a better choice bringing a slight modern look to a beautiful home. I will say I absolutely love this one!
