Right beside that telemetry graphic (idk who thought that was intended to be real), there were real images the lander took (the navigation system relied on those images). But ig some people are so desperate that they try to ignore stuff.

another story i have about moon cresta you might like mate. in the town i grew up in, we used to have a swimming baths. well it had a couple of arcade games in there. one was moon cresta. i got really good on it .the reason was it had one of the old coin slots where you could spin a 10 p in the 50p slot and get 7 credits lol. me and my mate used to do it all the time and would be on the machine for an hour or two.

Great times! Some drilled a hole in the 10p, used cotton to yank the coin up and down to get credits, then snap it off. Before you could use an electric lighter on the door and then they put lead inside it.
