Less pressure definitely goes a long way on my skin. My acne would become red and irritated. I love squalene as an ingredient. I have used the indie Lee squalene, it was super calming to my skin.

I also don't like creams that have a strong or funny smell. I like them to have a neutral mild smell. Its really good to check if what you are using will go well with your skin cause we all have diffrents types of skin
