Nightmares don't always happen at night. They sometimes happen in the light of day and when you're wide awake. Would be near impossible to imagine a nightmare like this one without having lived through one yourself. Good movie. Makes me sure I'm content to not live in the world of big money and high stakes. Evil exists across the board, but I think more so when money is involved.
