Ok, let me tell you something: you've literally transformed into someone I am happy to look up to!! The way you think and the importance you're giving to your family life is amazing!! Don't give all the credit to therapy, I bet this transformation would take place eventually because this us who you are!! Maybe it would take a bit more time or you wouldn't be so appreciative about it without therapy, but still, you're now you!! And a small advice I can give is to Don't worry about being politically correct all the time, there's always going to be people who get offended by certain thoughts or ideas, who cares, think what you want. Share what you want. Raise your kids like you want. All these wokeism and shit is really making ys normalel people feel bad about everything for no reason, for being normal and appreciating family and natural roles in society 😅. Kisses from DE.
