tbh whenever i remember aventurine’s story i can’t help but think of the religious trauma he’s had and how it made him resent the good luck he’s been blessed with. like, a child hearing over and over again how blessed you are, just you, but not your loved ones? that’s not fair. yet, you’re told time and time again that the pain around you is justified by your luck in the future. i feel so bad for him.

True. That's probably why his story resonated with me so much, and also because of how hypocritical those words sound in its context. Blessed with good luck? He'd never have been born in such a situation had he truly been blessed with good luck. It's like when religions say the creator loves his children and then we see the world as it is, people losing loved ones, people having incurable illnesses they have no control over... Yes, they show over and over again the debate on whether he is truly “blessed” to be lucky, everyone’s pretty much noticed that it’s one of the situations where, if you are experiencing something terrible but still make it through the horrible experience by luck, are you actually lucky? But at the same time, Aventurine prizes and resents this luck, the future self of his tried to provoke him, saying that he is scared of his luck not working. This could be interpreted in multiple ways, such as, the psychological effects of constantly winning thus he may be nervous and preparing for his downfall as he continues to put more and more on the line in trust of his luck, perhaps it’s also the idea that this luck is a gift from gaiathra and that if this luck disappeared, then all that had happened was for nothing as gaiathra never meant to forgive the avgin for their sins. I’m still curious on what their sins were, i’m planning to go look for some lore in game now that i’ve pulled aventurine and try to find out more about the avgins and sigonia

@@angelawang5487 it could be that the sins their referring to is simply existing. Sigonia is a VERY unlivable planet due to its harsh weather and all. Thus, clans turn on each other for survival.

I think it's not like Acheron doesn't have a role, it's that fate or something deletes her as long as she lives. Kinda like how doctor strange deletes the knowledge of who peter parker is in mcu except peter parker himself, but in acheron case, it happens in realtime

I feel like the family in general doesn't want to give the authority of penacony to the IPC since it was a prison for it. Now thanks to Xipe and the Watchmaker for suppressing some of the stellaron crises and turning it to a festival planet of dreams, the family preety much claim penacony for themselves and think of it as "it's my turf now, you have no power here" I feel like the TB's stellaron will come to play in the next penacony quest. In order to have complete authority they need the power of the stellaron hence why they never bothered taking the TB's stellaron and let TB in.

39:06 I'm late to the party but I still wanna answer this just incase lol: It's either she's not afraid and instead concerned about the other penaconians or the cane is indeed stronger than the black hole. For those who delved into the honkai universe lore has at least heard the stupid (well not really) arguments between the power level of Aeons and Herrscher, there's mounting 'evidence' that Herrschers are implied to be stronger but because the writers really love the unreliable narrator device, so I'd advice to not take it as literal evidence but just a theory. But if you were to believe Herrschers are indeed stronger then this would apply to the cane that holds the 9th Divine Key, for explanation Divine Keys are weapons made from the Herrscher Core from the previous era. Even if Divine Keys are weaker than Emanators, another reason why Acheron is afraid is that Acheron can only enter and wander in a black hole, not make black holes unlike the 9th Divine Key which can do so at the bender's will. Hope this helps :D

Black holes are pretty weak weapons against people even in the Honkai Impact 3rd universe. Rita Rosswise, a "mere" S class Valkyrie, tanked a black hole deployed by Bronya via simulated Key of Eden that destroyed the entire Theatre of Domination just while using her Argent Knight Artemis battlesuit without any ill effects other than being worn out by the battle.

@@225Reaver Mhm, Rita did tank it but that doesn't mean you should just generalise it to the whole Honkai Impact Universe just because one person was able to tank it, this universe consists of myriads of worlds including every game created by hoyoverse and such worlds will vary. There are some equipped with the power to handle the black hole, and some who don't. (Spoiler in the end of the 2.1 hsr penacony story) And Penacony is one of those worlds that aren't prepared, Acheron was able to slash a part of the dreamscape with her blade yet still had her guard against Welt's black hole.

Okay, can someone explain whh everyone thinks Sunday is the bad guy when Aventurjne is the bad guy?😅 I mean, he is extremely well written, don't get me wrong, but holy sh*t, he was using Robin's death as a bargaining chip? Holy hell, if someone did that with my sister, I'd have less patience than Sunday. And he's IPC and trying to take over Penacony for them. Then he lies to Sunday, when he's trying to find out whether Aventurine’s trustworthy and someone he can work with, which obviously is a no then. I feel like saying aventurine is a bad guy isnt true to his character he isnt the bad guy he didnt kill robin or firefly and he had no intention of actually killing anyone his entire plan was to cause chaos so someone would be forced to kill him allowing him to break the barrier in the dreamscape and pass through allowing him to find out about the truth behind the watch makers legacy as of so far we dont know who the bad guy actually is but... we do know the family is purposefully hiding stuff and the bad guy is probably someone in the family as the last chapter with sunday and gallagher it seems that gallagher might be the insider in the family to me personally i feel like there is more too it than what is being led on we wont really know til the next trailblaze mission tho

honestly the line between “good” and “bad” is extremely blurred, its not like we can say with absolute certainty that x is a good person and y is a bad person like, sunday cares about robin and wants revenge on whoever turned her into goo, so he uses the harmony on aventurine. its like, he had good intentions for robin but his methods werent exactly “good”
