There is also something called " night sweats". I suggest a waterproof mattress pad! No joke!!

I wish I could have my Momma here to talk about Peri menopause too. We would have a good laugh. Gaining and losing weight whew Chile! I gained thighs hips and a butt. I need to wire my Mouth shut.
