Captain's log #001 "This is Captain Dorner of the ISD Beleaguered. It's my first week as a captain of an ISD and I'll say this, it's a lot bigger than that old Arquintens... there's a lot more crew and a whole lot more firepower. Not only this, but there's been some moderate action this week too. A minor skirmish in the Chandrila system. In my opinion, that was a pretty bold move made by the admiral. This is off the record, but Admiral Ozzel isn't in line with my idea of a "competent leader." Every day I wonder when I'll find the report that he's been *ahem*... 'relieved' of duty by Darth Vader himself. All thing's considered, I can't really say the move wasn't effective; our strike force led by Lord Vader overwhelmed the orbital defences leading to a rebel retreat, the cowards... And thus we prepared for a ground assault. A well-executed plan in the end. I find that with each battle, we learn more and more about our enemies, and how to better defeat them, and with each passing day, I find myself grateful to be working in such a glorious military that truly is the greatest power in the universe. Long live the Empire!! Anyway, I'll be sending my detailed report to high command before we enter hyperspace. These rebel cells won't stand for much longer, we'll destroy them before they know what hit them. Dorner out."

empire: commits mass geonocide on multiple aliens, blew up an entire planet, commited nultiple war crimes, enslaved entire sentient species, and many more things. rebels: commited a few war crimes, killed a bunch of people at some point, some were extremeists, killed a lot of military personelle, killed a bunch of construction workers on the death star (If the empire didn't evacuate it), and some other smaller things. empire is definately the good guys.

After seeing the first ground battle, there was a small cinematic shot where the heavy stormtrooper squad was capturing a point and then you see blaster fire and rockets coming out of the tree line. There was also a really cool trench line that was made from the rebels in the beginning of the assault and you can see their mortars in the back lines while rebel soldiers were in those trenches. I thought that was one of the coolest battle scenes I had ever seen

Finally Shaq is playing the good guys. Welcome back, Commander. And about the -10% malus of Ozzel: your fleet use ONLY the bonus of your best commander for their respective category. Thate means: if you put Ozzel and Darth Vader in the same fleet, only the Vader bonus count. This work also for specialized heros (example: if you have a fighter specialist and a frigate specialist. both their bonus count. If you have a plus 10% general bonus from an admiral, and a let's say, a 15% bonus from a fighter specialist, you have a 10% for all the ships and a just 15% for the fighters, without the admiral bonus.)

2-slot planets (like Ilum) are often targeted by raids if there is no outpost. As land units are extremely useful early, consider building outpost and a MINE (A MINEEEEEEE!). Besides that, in the core there are at least 2 planets, where you can build MINE(!) asteroids. Overall, happy to see you back for this mod. Take care : )

AWWWWWWWWWWWW YEAH here we go boys~! Just a few quick tips on the first video so I don't get all preachyin later videos, if you don't want the enemy to retreat you can drop a few ships roughly equal to their supply amount and they'll stick it out. Also if you have trouble with ship pathing you can hold right-click on them and a little directional arrow will pop up, they won't move but will instead slowly turn in that indicated direction (most of the time, some bigger ships get a little weird even with that) Okay, done being a backseat driver, looking forward to the next videos!

Loved that little into "cinematic" with the Officer who recognizes the flaws of the Empire, but still follows it. That was what I was hoping you would do. Looking forward to future intros. Quick note on the healing sound you were hearding on Chandrilla, Vader's troops have a combat medic in each squad, and the sound was infantry being healed (I wish the ground repair and the infantry heal had different sounds. Gets confusing). Also, A standard trooper in Vaders squad has 30hp, where a standard stormtrooper in another squad has 18 (you were looking at a lieutenant when you saw 26hp). They are a fair bit stronger, and have slightly better range values (I think).

Hey Captain something I think you should do is play smart and make your core World a stronghold so every one of your powerful planets take them all out and make sure that they're defended both space and Air once you do that and you get your income going on those planets in your core then starts spreading out cuz it is best to have a strong fall back just in case if it hits the fan you'll know that your planets can take care of themselves so take really oh and then just sure up the fence is all around it will take a little more time which would also mean a little more episodes which I guarantee all of us would not mind but at least you'll know that your war production planets will be safe love the video excited for the new season stay safe I love you videos

I suggest take Corellia, Ithor and any planets in between your worlds so that way you gain money and ground. Then focus on economy for 10 weeks and then shift slowly to building 2-3 fleets.

7th Fleet Journal. Week 1 Lt. Star- ISD Chimaera My first week as a member of the 7th Fleet has been a new experience for me. I have never actually served aboard an Imperial Star Destroyer before, much less one commanded by a grand admiral. Though why I've been assigned to a fleet way out in the middle of nowhere is beyond me. I can only assume I angered some stuck up officer with some friends in high places and had me reassigned out here where I'll never see them again. While I'm not sure who, I have a few ideas and if I ever find out who did get me shipped out here there's going to be hell to pay. Its just my luck, the galaxy catches fire in a full scale war and I'm the farthest from it. Stuck in a fleet probably full of rejects under a failed grand admiral hunting insignificant pirates, thieves, and smugglers. Well, I suppose I'll just keep my head down for now, do my job and try to get back to the core as fast as I can before the war's over, well IF I get back.
