Portland Dan: Outremer should produce a version of your boat and call that line "Outremer-Rocket." Maybe a bit lighter, and a few other tweaks could yield a couple of extra knots. You guys seem to sail GC2 spirited, I am always seeing a SOG at or above double digits. Nice video. Safe travels, Dan.

Was wondering, what do you do by night when, when have to sleep and can’t anchor the boat?

Someone stays awake. Basically, a boat is either on the hard (hauled out in a shipyard), docked, moored, anchored or under way. When you're under way, usually someone from the crew keeps watch. The only exception is, when you're single-handing (only one person on board) over a long distance. That person needs to sleep at some point, to do that, you let the autopilot steer the boat and configure the radar to sound an alarm if it detects something less than two and more than one mile away (learned that trick from another channel I'm following - under one mile, the radar will frequently detect waves and wake you needlessly). Another option would be to heave-to (when on a monohull, I don't know if it will work well on cats), basically drifting slowly sideways.

Yes we have the Coast version with jockey seat. We like it a lot, it’s really comfortable and fast with 1 - 3 persons and less fast but still comfortable with up to 7 so far. 20 hp 4stroke

We actually kind of have a water collection system 🤣 on the Bimini but so far we prefer the 24v water maker on free solar power
