This printer only lasted 10 months. Motherboard fried. Goodthing is covered under warranty. Not for commercial use, only self used. Over all good printer

A fried motherboard? Sounds like you may have wet your cables and shorted it out. Did you have a leak? or had to change the printhead?

Omg! Thank god I found you. I have this DTF printer and I also bought the shaker oven. I have been having problems with the white not coming out 100% :( It actually has a lot of empty spots when I print a test and when I make a design print, the back is kinda see through. Can you help? Thank you so much in advance!

In printxp are you cleaning both heads?

@@overflowvinyl yes, I am doing a full cleaning and then gently wipe the outside of the plates with a wipe. I have even cleaned it with the cleaning solution

@handmadechiccrafts3463 I would get in touch with tech support. They are pretty good. But check that your white ink tank is full. If this is a new printer I'm thinking your ink isn't pulling in from somewhere. If you've been using it a while then you may have a clog

I don't. My shop is closed 2 days each week, sometimes 3 days in a row. Recently went on a 7 day vacation, turned it on remotely and printed a small print after 5 days, when I got back there was a clog, but was able to get it out pretty easy.

@@overflowvinylon your experience: do you leave it off at night? And turn it on next morning? , i’ve been leaving it on since i got it , i really wanted to know if the white doesn’t clog on the lines since is off for a couple of hours
