Bean was giving you a serious cold shoulder! I appreciate your rant. Growing up on a dairy farm, I always knew how much my parents struggled financially, but I also saw them rise above the adversity. I didn't have fancy stuff, but I sure did have everything I needed and a few minor extras. I learned to appreciate the hard work, the work ethic, and the necessity to work through it all. I miss that life now and I'm trying to figure out how to recapture some of that.

Just keep being you, Mike. Rant on. It's things people need to know to make educated decisions on food, life, and maybe just learning to problem solve. Ranching/farming is just that. Common sense problem solving. My Mom and Dad ranched their whole lives and were never "rich". They found solutions at every turn, and taught me "the farmer way" of doing things. Hahahah. Sometimes it was not the normal way, but it seemed to always work for the time. Taught me a lot. Common sense thinking is not common anymore. Even with some of the "bigger kids" that I know.

Thanks, Erin. I have always admired anyone who could put a dish together without a recipe! Me cook? Not so great. I was busy playing with my brothers! After I married, we didn’t starve, but not too many raves!! Lol! Vlog was great! So glad to see Jeff back! Nice surprise. All my pets were usually tip top 24 hours after their snip snips! Glad to see Bean doing well and seems to have gotten over any animosity she may have had towards you, Mike! Animals DO tend to live in the present! Still praying for rain for y’all. I believe in supporting our local farmers and go to farmers market at least once a week to get my veggies and meats. So good to see Jeff back on the ranch!! I have been to Wyoming in the winter and it gets very cold there. My friend ask me to go visit there mom out there we left Tennessee and it was like 75 degrees that day two days later were in Wyoming and was negative 5 lol. Had to go to a local clothing store and buy warm clothes to wear. But was beautiful there, and I would love to go back one day to Jackson hole, and the hot springs.

Hey guys great video as always. Erin no one that really knows how to cook will actually use a measuring devise. A scoop of this or handful of that, good enough. Mike keep up the great work every person in North America needs to know where their food comes from but more importantly how it is produced and how it is prepared (shall I say) until it reaches your table. Jeff great to see you back. I think that every person needs to spend time on a farm or ranch near them to better understand the growing food to fork thing. We own a small ranch here in Manitoba and have no problem selling our products in the city. We also have a store in the city where we sell everything. People come from miles around to buy our humanely produced meats, fruits and vegetables. Keep up the great work guys. God Bless Joe Scott

Knowing farmers and ranchers personally, I get it about the unfair situations, hard times, ups and downs, but really, compared to the older generations who farmed and ranched, there's sure a lot of conveniences and easier times than they had. Still I appreciate all our framers and ranchers.

It's so cool to see how y'all do things. I'm Glad you have Jeff back as he is a really awesome guy to help out and give you more time to spend with your family. I knew dairy farmers that if they were sick even really sick worked thru it! They never took vacations, the cows had to be milked! And fed and what ever needed done doesn't stop! And winters are tough to work where you are, having his help should help you stay safer having backup too!
