ooo my head cannon is that Bob's parents kept all of his old stuff because they never approved of Eliza and when they discovered she wouldn't let him bring any of his belongings to THEIR new house his family stored it for him. Years later they went to marriage counselling for the sake of Iggy and decided separate spaces were in order. So all of his old belongings could FINALLY be allowed in their house. But ONLY in his room

I would love to see someone make houses for what I like to call the “unofficial townies”. The sims that are in everyone’s game but don’t have houses like Alex Moyer Baby Ariel or the mermaids that have names I cannot remember. I’d also love to see a house for father winter, the flower bunny, and patchy.

lol and to be fair, while beige being on trend seems kinda silly and bland, it's a very calm, simple color with nice wood tones. It's not as if Eliza asked for lime green everything! That's definitely less easy to live with.

I'm eager to see Gryphi's renovation, it's going to be great, she really nailed the Pancakes reno here, but in the meantime I'm also going to recommend Devon Bumpkin's version of the Landgrabb mansion. I like what he did with it and I love the casual, loving shade he throws at EA and nasty Sims in his renos. He also renovated Johnny Zest's house lol both are recent vids.

I love this and I can't wait until the gallery is back! It's so simple but lived-in. I may steal my Iggy-Included fam from a prior save, open a new save, drop this house in, and remove the original Pancakes fam to play my Eliza decorator lol just add orange and brown as liked colors. (I kept Bob on the same career path but I think I was kinda struggling what his hobbies were. I'll definitely make him a gamer in his spare time and have him and Iggy shoot hoops when Iggy is older ahh! lol though I forget Iggy may be a kid already in that household it's been a while.)

I'd love that! I actually tried playing the Iggy-Added version a little while ago and made Eliza a Decorator lol I haven't gone back yet because it took me a while to realize the bad moodlet when you fail doesn't go away until you do another good job so I was getting annoyed when I gave Eliza a break after the Villareal's hated what I did and she kept getting tense.

recently i remake my pancakes family. i heard a theory that elisa is lesbian and bob is actually transman but i kept them together in a house, just as friends:) my elisa now has a girlfriend and she seriously changed her lifestyle. i thought, that she was unhappy with her previous marriage. she loved bob but she didn't feel the romantic way anymore and that's why she was presented more like selfish person, carrying only about money. back to present, she's businesswomen. i actually kept in mind, that she and bob had a baby so her girlfriend is a guardian (i think that's what it's called in ts4). and what about bob? he finally was more into nature, he quit the culinary aspiration and carieer. i'm not planing finding him a boy/girlfriend because he's probably aromantic BUT i'm planning giving him a person with the woohoo relationship:) i think that i'm going to rebuild them house again, just to give everyone more space:)
