Hi. Great product. I've got some feedback: 1) I could not find a shortcut for trunk. There was only for shortcut for frunk. Will you add that, too? It was one of my major reasons to buy this knob. 2) When you are driving and you fold the mirrors with knob's button, and then when you park, lock and leave the car, and when you come back and unlock, the mirrors don't unfold. It should set it's state to original upon locking car. 3) When you change your climate setting from the knob, the car's own display doesn't get updated. (For example, I turn on heating, put the air flow to 3, the car's display still shows 1. - The knob should be able to update display of the car. ) -- Other than those three things, everything's perfect. Thank you. 4) Can we make it more that 3 pages? Like the streamdeck we use with our PCs?

@@ToddHarriswhen you have to lower the speed from 130 to 90 , it’s not that easy with the scroll wheel. You need to push-scroll it 8 times until you achieve the result. With the knob that will happen in half a second without the need to reach forward 😊

I like it a lot. Still tuning the buttons to my preferences. One limitation noted occurs when the cup holder is occupied, but that's easily accommodated. Also, I haven't figured out how to program the left and rear seat heaters. Either that option is unavailable or I just haven't discovered it yet. Great product. I also appreciate that all your products continue to gain capabilities using software updates. Thank you.

The actual temperature is visualised on the knob, but with an update we will be able to display it on the main screen as well. We already had it working on the S3XY buttons. Just need to implement it to the new UI 🙂

I have installed my Sexy Knob - love it so far. I have a question about the temperature control. It would appear that when you adjust the temperature with the knob it doesn't update the displayed temp on the main screen, is this correct? also if you have the temperature set as split does the knob override this and adjust the temp on both sides?

We are still working on displaying some of the features on the main screen (such as temp control, seat heaters and so on). If you use the split system for your climate, the knob will adjust the entire system for now. Eventually, there will be annotation to separate them 😊

Dude, the autopilot speed adjust is right there on the right side button on the steering wheel. It is not intuitive to look down and scroll the knob to adjust it. So that point is nonsense. Everything else looks cool. Can you explain how it connects to the car at the back. Is it available to purchase in the UK?

Two questions about usability: 1) Will there be a way to adjust sensitivity of knob when switching "screens" 2) Are there any haptics when switching between the screens, so you'll always know where you are without looking? I'm thinking a single vibration for page 1, two-vibrations for page 2, etc. These two features would be important in ensuring the only requirement for using it whilst driving is memory of each button and the corresponding screen. Which shouldn't be too hard as it's all user-customizable.

2. We saw the S3XY knob in person at an EV Festival in Sofia. I can confirm that the knob does have a nice haptic feedback using vibration. And that when installed, the vibration does not produce any noise with the plastic center console. You can also turn off the vibration via the app. Though specifically for when you change screens, I cannot remember if it was implemented back then (October 2023).

That way you don't have to look down to make sure you're on the right screen before you press a button? Different vibration patterns or taps is probably the easiest way to implement this. Again I think it's important since it is supposed to be an advantage to using the main infotainment screen. It shouldn't just be quicker, but also much safer.

Hi, yes it looks like a very good product. I think it would be a great product if a small repeater screen were used in front of the driver where a conventional instrument display would be. Turning the scroll wheel would rotate through the menu selections right in front of your eyes. Hence no need to look down at the scroll wheel as it can be operated by touch alone. Rest your hand on the scroll wheel, look straight ahead and view your choices, make the selection without looking at the scroll wheel. That's the beauty of a scroll wheel as it can be operated physically without looking at it. The same can be said for the Tesla big central touch display. You need to pretty much be focusing on it with your eyes to make selections. Scroll wheel and small display and it's logical for reviewing menu options. (and safer) Just my 2 cents. 😊

Can wipers have "infinite" adjustability in speed rather than discrete steps? Think I saw 1/2 steps were possible already, but being able to change wiper speed with fine fidelity would be appreciated if its possible? On a older vehicle I added a PWM controller that allowed the 12V wiper system to be tuned to the exact required speed for any condition, something I wish every vehicle had! The ability to User adjust and tune the period between wipes and the speed of the wipe once initiated independently would be AMAZING! The tesla wipers are troublesome in the PNW weather, would be great to see a 3rd party able to offer a complete solution to noisy wipes and poor implementation designed primarily for southern california weather...

With the large "analog dial" it would be amazing to tweak the period between wipes or the speed as easily as we change the volume on a stereo to get just the exact right level needed to clear the view, but not make noise skipping over a dry surface because the setting is wrong.

I got mine a month or so ago and is great although hadn’t really experimented that much. I do know the wiper control worked and temperature control was good. However last time I came to use the wiper function it isn’t working. I set a speed and it just changes back to auto. Rotating the knob I see the wiper controls come up in the screen but the knob doesn’t change the speed level at all. Also I’m sure the temperature control set by the knob also changed on the screen but it doesn’t now. I’ve installed the latest firmware, disconnected the knob and restarted but made no difference. Suggestions?

Hi there. For the temperature- have you singed in into your Tesla Cloud account from the S3XY app? That is the only way it will get displayed. For the wipers, if you are on the latest Tesla software version, they have changed the wiper control, and we had to change ours as well. We will release the update for that this week. 🙂

I just installed and can't find all the info I'm looking for. I have the buttons already. 1) Should I replace the button commander with this newer one that came with the set? 2) Does the screen reflect changes that you make. For example, when I turn on seat heaters or climate, I don't see any changes on the screen. Is it supposed to reflect the changes on the screen? I also want the toggle of the cruise control speed that I use with a button. That is my favorite button feature and allows mostly hands free driving. Does the knob have that? Thanks

If your Tesla comes with an AMD processor, you can use both installation methods (front or rear). If your car comes with an Intel processor, then only a rear installation is available in your case 😊

Yes. If you push in the button assigned to activate you AP every time there nag is on, it will turn it off. Please note that this will only work if you are in the US, Canada, Korea or Thailand. There might be other country’s it works at, but defiantly not in Europe

It is a good suggestion, but it will take us another half a year to develop something that works that way. That said, you can change gears or turn signals by rotating the knob 😊

If I can turn on the signal with a single action on the knob (i.e. rotate left or right) without having to look down, that will work for me. As I am sure you are aware, the Tesla turn signal solution is completely impractical in roundabouts. These examples are why I think the Enhance team is potentially saving lives: - The red blind spot alert border on the Tesla side repeater camera is a great safety feature *IF* you happen to click on the correct turn signal on time or don't have to take your eyes off the road to find the button; therefore, this safety feature is diminished by Tesla's lack of stalks, meaning that the lack of stalks makes the car less safe. - The other day, after the nav directed me to make a u-turn, I found myself stuck in the middle of the road trying to make a 3-point turn because my hands were too slippery to slide the gear selector on the screen while turning the wheel at the same time. Luckily nobody hit me, but another example of how a stalk (or even a button) selector would have been safer. Keep up the good work Enhance team!

Unfortunately , we cannot turn on the fog lights if the high beams force them to be off. Sorry. About the matrix lights , we will see what we can do with it in the future 😊

I have never appreciated having to tell my Tesla to maintain cruise speed along with the changes in speed limit by tocuhing the very small speed limit sign on the main screen, I would much rather the cruise speed was changed automatically as other cars do. Is there a way you can get Autopilot to do this or at least make it easy through the knob or is this getting into functions you can't or dont want to modify?

A word of a warning here: the color of the knob housing does not always match the color in your Tesla. I have seen a case where in a MY AWD from 2021 the color of the box is clearly lighter than the surrounding gray of the middle console. Doesn't look very pretty.

Non of our products have ever caused any issues when it comes to warranty. That said, we always recommend removing them, since Tesla can anytime change their policy on any 3rd party accessories. Just to be safe 😊

No delay. Some features require the car to calibrate (battery pre heat, regen, and a couple of others), and those features take a second to get active. But 95% of the features work instantly (including the indicators)

I am actually thinking about getting it just so that I don’t need to look at the screen at all to find where exactly I need to press. (Even if I know the location in the screen, I still need to sort of look at it because it’s a screen… if you know what I am saying) With the knob or button, I feel like I can just press without looking at it if I know the feature I assigned for each button. For me I am thinking about using it as backup turn signal when I am in a roundabout or multiple turns (turn signal could be anywhere on my steering wheel in highland) Although I don’t know if this has a delay

@@Dzordzikkwell, that exactly is the point. When you first sat inside your Tesla , you had trouble finding every setting in the screen. But in a cupola of week, you feel much comfortable using it. The story is same for the Knob. The advantage is that it is right at your fingertips (believe it or not, many people sit inside their car just so they need to lean forward to reach the screen), and your most used features can be at the main screen , which means only pressing 1 button can activate them. However, let’s say you have to fold and unfold your mirrors because the city you live in is narrow. No matter how used you are to your Tesla, that are still 3 taps on the screen, and you will always have to look at it. So we disagree when you say, that is unsafe. But after all, you have not tested it

Just press-hold the button you want to connect for about 15 seconds (or until they stop blinking), and that way you will reset them. Then you will be able to pair them to the new Commander 😊

Obviously, in their warranty, they say that you cannot add anything , however , we had thousands of people going to the Service Center with our S3XY buttons and they never had any issues.
