No doubt a great initiative. However, the problem is not only within that community that the tline might affect it, but neighboring communities as well (non stakeholders imo) Also, how is this method of financing going to spread to the global south, which is what the presentation was positioning itself as? Not sure it would apply.

It's true that we humans are very bad at thinking about climate change.

Is it possible to have the same investment that was given to the tribal government also go to residents of Imperial Valley? If I am hearing correctly, $500 a year compared to millions that the tribal government received should be equaled out in my opinion. This is a great solution, but I am hoping that the profit makes sense for individuals and families in addition to organizations who will benefit greatly from.

$500 * 12,000 people = $6,000,000 - they’re getting more. It’s also a question of the revenue generated by the development - nationally-important transmission line would likely generate more funds than a big solar farm.

Under 6k views and only 2 comments? Maybe "Septemder" has something to do with this?

I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024

Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.

Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.

NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE' is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
