David, I’ve been watching every week since the 75 hard video and have so far been a silent member of this community, but I wanted to say thank you for this one. Yesterday me and my girlfriend broke up after nearly 2 years and I spent new year’s eve alone. Although we both agree it is for the best, it is very painful. Nevertheless I am very optimistic for the new year and hopefully starting with a low means it’s only up from here. Your videos have helped me so much over the last few months and I’m sure they will be a great aid during this difficult time. I’m very glad to see you back and I wish you a wonderful 2024.

Hey man! I recently went through something similar, a 2 yearish relationship over on the same grounds of it being better for both of us in the long run; the pain you feel is an entirely valid experience. I just wanted to say that you got this! In whatever dreams and growth you chase make sure to always be kind to yourself and take your time with the emotions and feelings. As cliche as it sounds, surround yourself with people that brighten your atmosphere and take care of you. Don’t beat yourself up at any point for what happened because what is done is done and you are the first and most important responsibility to yourself. Take it one thing at a time and know that you deserve love and happiness in every form that it is meant for you and never let anyone or anything tell you otherwise! Happy new year and to new in every way you’re destined for

Thank God for David. Every episode is such a breath of fresh air, so real and authentic and filled with so much wisdom at 26. Today is my 26th btw, and watching as I make my breakfast is exactly what I needed to hear. Can't wait to see what the year holds for me.

Yeah when your tone shifted and you started talking about how - there were things that have previously happened that we could have never possibly dreamed of ..that the same goodness will come again this year it really made my eyes twinkly… it really hit David. Thank you for the conviction in your words, the fortitude, and encouragement. I wish you too a sensational season of 2024 ✨

I just finished watching your 75-hard video, and this one just hits in the right spot. Believe it or not, my birthday it's also the 30th of Dec, and i can't stress enough how related I feel about the whole "end of the year" experience and new year's resolutions... For myself , since i shifted drastically careers, i look up to achieve little by little long-term resolutions, but even so, looking forward can really overwhelm and stress me because of how much it needs to be done and don't know where to start. Again, great content, such a heartwarming message

David have you listened to Lahai by Sampha yet? I heard you mention him in a previous episode and wanted to know whether you found the album as incredible as I did.
