I was in a dark place actually for awhile and this meditation really helped me to bring the light back in which I feel like I haven’t seen in years. I really was able to embody the egg, I had earbuds in so that really helped immerse me. Also if you do a 4 second inhale with 2 second hold then 6 count for exhale with pause before next inhale, I swear it gave me such peace. This meditation was transformative thank you so much!

This was exactly what I needed this morning. While my mind was still running wild, it was positive thoughts that were passing through it! I'm going to try it again with a clear mind as well to enhance the experience, but it was still overwhelmingly beautiful to feel today as well
