I was in a dark place actually for awhile and this meditation really helped me to bring the light back in which I feel like I haven’t seen in years. I really was able to embody the egg, I had earbuds in so that really helped immerse me. Also if you do a 4 second inhale with 2 second hold then 6 count for exhale with pause before next inhale, I swear it gave me such peace. This meditation was transformative thank you so much!
