(1+1/-7)^(-7+1)=(1+1/6)^6 x=-7

1 + 1/x = (x + 1)/x = (1 - 1/(x+1))^(-1) (1 + 1/x)^(x+1) = (1 - 1/(x+1))^(-(x+1)) -(x+1) = 6 x = -7

And where is a formal proof that solution is only 1? Where is explanation of points where x is from (-1,0) interval? Well might as well not solve it at all…
