Or: (9^9×1/9^(9×3))^1/3 =(9^9×1/9^27)^1/3 = (9^(9-27))^1/3 =(9^-18)^1/3 = 9^(-18/3) = 9^-6 =(3^2)^-6 = 3^(2×-6) = 3^-12
