A-O-Rag - Dave Mackersie (1954)

Dave Mackersie plays the obscure tune "A-O-Rag" on the Hammond Organ with a drum and upright bass accompaniment (at least, it sounds like an upright bass). As you can plainly see, this is not a 78 rpm record, but rather a 45 rpm single which is a departure from the usual records I upload on this channel. This is mainly due to this record's obscurity and because I find both the tunes fun. There's not much else to say and there are no lyrics (as far as I know), so enjoy!

Looks like a German copy of a Decca Record from England. The performer is either British or German.

On the Discogs page for the artist, it said that they were a Scottish organist who specialized in schlager.
