The slight mentioning of "saving his family in 30 days and 30 nights" sounded like a red flag... but the more the stream went on, it sounds like it might be like "Infamous: Festival of Blood".. in that progression of the main story continues the countdown, and might be able to fool around on side stuff all we want? 🤔Not sure, they left us with more questions than answers >_>

BTW: The Power illustrated by one of the Vampires that causes a soldier to explode is similar to Count Dracula from the Anime Vampire Hunter D a skilled Assassin Shows up with a Lantern that's supposed to suppress A Vampire's Power But Dracula Focuses and Shatters the Lantern, Dracula then proceeds to Telekinetically toss him around and finally positions him over a doorway upside down and explodes his head, these Powers are part of the Lore, and their Powers can be different and can be stronger with the Age of the Vampire, and with age they can acquire more abilities so a head Vampire that has existed long enough could display all the abilities other younger Vampire acquire randomly

The main vampire looks like the elder from blood and wine. I wonder if this takes place in the witcher universe only centuries or a millennium before any of the characters we know from the Witcher books. Could be the devs acknowledging they still want to create more Witcher stuff only in a round about unofficial way.

I absolutely love the concept of each vampire being a soldier of certain medieval society. Like the mongol one and etc. Its a sick idea having vampires from different ethnicity and times of human society: The bald vampire appears to be carrying a Roman era weapon, probably a gladius, which could be a good indicator of how old the vampire is. The other looks like Genghis Khan or any nomad from Mogolic descent.

Yes, Yes, And Yes, Just as I Suspected A different type of Dracula Untold story, Same Powers, he can Teleport either by Cloud or a Bat Swarm based on one of the Game Posters, His Child being turned at such a Young age is part of a Twist, The Vampire Hierarchy Turn him Elevate him to the King or Ruler of The Region and they force him to Feed them Villagers and Controls him by keeping his son, Until he's had enough and turns on the Head Vampire Clan, this is just a speculation of where the story could go, I do not know anything just a possible script/storyline of where to go from intro we just saw, There is also a Dhampir angle to this story, could be that the main character is actually the future son of the Man with the Baby with his Human Queen since we see him out in daylight, I'm excited for sure, I have to replay Vampyr before this comes out, putting this on Wishlist without a doubt, Take my money now please

it was 30 days and 30 nights , and just for quests , lets hope its only main quests since the devs did say you are free to explore the world when you are not doing those , if you are not in a quest the timer isn't counting.

We dont know the background of their society, but typically some societies in the past were managed really badly, and they basically CREATED the conditions for plagues to spread easily, if our frame of reference is Medieval Europe. Lack of sanitation and not knowing what that even is yet, farm animals living with people in the city (which is what causes the occurrence and spread of zoonotic diseases, it's the same case in modern day with mass animal agriculture and the frequent contact people have with those animals) , shit everywhere , dead animals in the water, and they drink and piss from the same water source etc. Also the devs themselves said in the longer video, that it's not about good or bad, black and white, evil and just. Instead it's variations of shitty things and good things mixed in. The vampires ruling have some benefits that people didn't have before, but also sacrifices, and vice versa.
