@@EpicUpCycling Hello Jason! If I may then I would like to suggest something. Your patchwork is beautiful and this ic my suggestion. If You can make a patchwork square say about 12" x 12" its up to You and get a quartz movement and there you have a clock. Of course the size depends on the size of Your room. I have done those things all the time and the quartz movements are very inexpensive at least here in US. My first "job" in my grandfather's workshop was to straighten the old rusty nails with a hammer, so that grandpa can use them again. I felt so proud and included, even with blue fingers. Even now, about fourty years later, the biggest passion I have is woodworking. Maybe because his answer was never "no, you are too young" but rather "sure, but let me first show you how to do it safely." You and your projects, and your workshop and attention to detail remind me of those times with him. ❤️
