A Perfect Tiny Home For A Woman And Her Dogs

This week, we meet an inspiring Dutch woman who has built a charming and beautiful tiny home for her and her three dogs in New Zealand. Every now and then you find a home which has been perfectly crafted to meet someones needs and this is one of those places. Matilda’s tiny house on wheels is wonderfully constructed using mainly reclaimed materials and is filled with wonderful artwork and creative flair.
This is a home which may be tiny, but has a big heart! From the lovely reclaimed rimu timber to all the artwork and native bird features throughout, this is a place which is designed to really make Matilda feel at home. Many of her friends have contributed lovely works of art to add to her home, including a beautiful koru and kōwhai stained glass window which fills the home with colour and light.
Everything in this home has been designed to ensure that both Matilda and her dogs are comfortable. Matilda even has a second, matching, super tiny house which she and her dogs use as a camper when they away traveling or at dog agility shows, giving her the perfect set-up to match her lifestyle.

I actually like sterile white with lots of my Family's colorful artwork, green plants, and artsie decor 🤗 but this woman's tiny house is very cute (love the artwork & her craftswomanship). Best of all, the cost is more reasonable than many we've seen on here & just as nice. I like how she said this home is for her and her dogs so 1 comfy chair & 3-4 dog beds. That she does her social time outside of her home. I can relate. We are rescue dog lovers also so we can appreciate her fondness of her furpups and her private abode where she can totally relax. ☺️

I was watching this video and I was like "oh, everything about her sounds sooo Dutch" and then I read your info and she IS Dutch😄. As a Dutch person myself I can see so much of her Dutch roots in her character. Her confidence,her down to earth attitude, her 'I don't care what other people think'. In the Netherlands we say: you might be able to take someone out of the Netherlands but you will never be able to take the 'dutchness' out of that person. Well, confirmed once again😂. I was really confused, because as a Swede having spent a lot of time in the Netherlands, she sounded so Dutch but she said she moved from Sweden... (She did say she'd lived in a lot of countries.) So I was relieved to see that she actually is Dutch, it means my accentometer still works. :P And I agree with you that she has a very Dutch attitude in the very best sense. :)

After a minute listening I thought: "Wait a minute" that sounds like a Dutch accent". Then I scrolled down :) I LOVE this house. After seeing too many " tiny houses designed and build to sell" I love seeing a tiny house again how they should be. This "Very personal" build is to my opinion what make Tiny houses great.
